Change seems to be the word of our times. We have a new president who campaigned on the platform of changing government and changing the world (apparently he's changing history, too; Obama stated in his speech, "Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath." What does change have to do with Aviva Yerba Mate? In the next couple of months you are going to see some changes in our packaging. 2009 is our 10th anniversary, and we decided it was time to make some changes. We will be rolling out our new Aviva logo and a new package next month (some even more exciting developments planned for Q2/Q3 this year - stay tuned!) Over the years I have found that change is sometimes difficult for some people to accept. I have also found, after time, those people that did not like the change would not change from the previous change.

We are very excited about our new Aviva Logo and our new package. In the coming months, we will also be rolling out a few new blends. My personal goal in life is to keep improving as a fellow human being. In business, we want to continue improving our offerings for our customers.

When we started offering free shipping in December, some people in our organization thought I was crazy (not the first time). I am happy to say that the volume of orders have made up for the extra cost. In these times of economic troubles, I think as companies and as individuals we need to do what we can to help with each other.

With that said, I encourage people that are involved with non profits or organizations which help people and have events to raise money contact us. We have experience in working with these type events by donating product to be brewed which the organizations can then sell to help out their cause. I personally feel in these times we need to help out the less fortunate as much as we can. So I look forward to your emails. Let's start out the New Year with a bang.
