Dan, Thank you so much for introducing me to Aviva. Your line of Yerba Mate has not only helped my business be successful, it has also enhanced my mind and health. I appreciate your excellent customer service, consistent delivery, and quality product. When I opened up my Internet Cafe I shopped around to find the best products and now that 6 months has gone by I am 100% sure that choosing Aviva to supply my Yerba Mate was the right choice. Here are my reasons.
1. Profit: We serve almost as much mate as coffee. We use 1/3 less mate (one ounce of mate compared to three ounces of coffee) per airpot. This makes me smile each time the Mate airpot is refilled!
2. Quality of Product: Again and again customers have commented to myself and my employees on how good this Mate tastes. A lot of people shy away from trying it because of past experiences with other brands of Mate, but after they try Aviva's, the overall feeling is always the same. Smooth, Wow, This actually tastes good, This is way different, I like it! These are just some of the comments I have heard. As I was shopping around and trying other brands I kept noticing that other brands had a much more bitter taste due to the sticks and stems, the margins were not as large, and no other company went to the lengths to satisfy my questions and concerns as you did.
3. Customer service: Aviva has the best customer information and customer service of all the brands on the market. I have always had enough point of sale material to inform my customers, my orders have always been prompt, and I always look forward to touching base with the friendly people on the phone at Aviva. Also if I have any special events or want to sample a new product, Aviva has always been very supportive in supplying product and information.
All in all, I am very happy with my decision to carry Aviva in my coffeeshop and feel free to use my experiences to let other people know it works! Thank you for supplying us with an excellent product and being a part of my business. Keep up the good work.
